  • Payment: Payments must be made via our secure online payment gateway. We do not offer "Cash on Delivery" (COD) options.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery: Shipping times to New Zealand typically range from 7-14 business days.

5. Returns and Refunds

We are committed to your satisfaction. Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, if the product you receive is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.

  • Change of Mind: If you are not completely satisfied with your Siliom stain eraser, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

  • Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products with broken seals or protective strips cannot be returned if they have been opened.
