1. The Siliom Satisfaction Guarantee We are so confident in Siliom’s stain-fighting power that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
2. Easy Returns Process To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@siliom.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through the process.

Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Hygiene Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products with broken seals, opened protective strips, or evidence of use cannot be accepted for return.
3. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
4. Shipping Costs If the return is due to a faulty item or a mistake on our part (as per the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act), we will cover the return shipping costs. For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Cancellations We process and pack orders within 24-48 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@siliom.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may follow our return process once the package arrives.
